  • Giant Nintendo GameBoy Kiosk (BGB-001)

    This oversised Nintendo GameBoy display unit is currently being sold on a Japanese auction site. The units model number is: BGB-001 as displayed on the rear manufacturers sticker.

    Not a huge amount is known about the history of the units, when they were in circulation, but its a pretty safe assumption that they were used as display kiosks in Japan during the early years of release of the first generation Nintendo GameBoy consoles.

    The cost for the unit is: 680,00yen, which is roughly £3700 with todays exchange rate.

    These two limited edition Nintendo GameBoy Advance consoles were exclusively available at the Pokemon Center in Tokyo, Japan and are absolutely fantastic. The red GameBoy Advance features Charizard and the green features Bulbasaur graphics on the cases.
